Full Description:
Lake Jesup in Seminole County once was a healthy place for bass and panfish. Now it is so filled with muck that some boaters have a tough time getting through the shallow water.
The pollution is a result of decades of runoff from nearby farms, sewage discharge and a misguided federal project that hampered the natural flow of water.
